Datz Software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Roomly mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address solely for authentication purposes.

Photos: When you upload a room photo for transformation, the image is sent to a third-party AI processing service to generate the design. Photos are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers or by the AI provider after the transformation is complete.

Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. Purchase history and subscription status are processed by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple/Google). We do not store your payment information directly.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as app opens, features used, and crash reports to improve performance and user experience. This data is not linked to your identity.

Notifications: If you grant notification permissions, we send local reminders about your daily design credits. No personal data is shared with third parties for notifications.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — for user authentication, account management, and data storage.
Replicate — for AI-powered room design transformation. Images are sent to Replicate's API for processing and are not retained after the result is returned.
RevenueCat — for subscription and in-app purchase management.
Expo / React Native — for app delivery and over-the-air updates.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information only for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos are processed in real time and are not stored after the AI transformation is complete. Saved room designs are stored in your account until you delete them. You may request account deletion at any time from the Account settings screen, and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
Export your data in a portable format
