Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Roomly mobile application ("App") operated by Datz Software ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Roomly, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
Roomly is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos of rooms and generate redesigned versions in various styles. The service is provided "as is" and results may vary depending on image quality and other factors.
Roomly offers both free and paid subscription plans:
Subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the advertised price.
You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication, or use the App as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the App through your account.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Datz Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. AI-generated designs are provided for your personal use.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose. Results are for inspiration and visualization only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datz Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
